You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations against Bondo®. Each party will bear its own costs and fees, unless the arbitrator awards costs to the prevailing party as permitted by law.

This arbitration clause does not prevent you from bringing claims in small claims court if your dispute qualifies for that forum.

Severability of Terms

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and will be interpreted to give maximum effect to the original intent of these terms.

No waiver of any term or condition by Bondo® shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement Between You and Bondo®

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in connection with specific features or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bondo® regarding your use of bondo-store.com.
